Here's what's planned for Brad & Shari in the next few months:
-
A
trip to Cancun in early March 2010 with friends Larry/Sandy &
John/Nancy to celebrate 60th birthdays and wedding anniversaries!
Here's what been going on with Shari & Brad:
-
Even though Brad's mom recently died, the "cycle of life" continues...Shari & Brad are excited about another grandchild in early September. Keli & Adam are expecting another child and Kane will become a big brother! Stayed tuned for more as we go through the year!
-
Brad's mother, Erna, passed away and the funeral services were held February 17 in Baker. We will miss her, but she was 96 at the time of
her death and had lived a long life. Baker had lots of snow, but the entire family was able to attend and everyone returned home safely. (See the 2010 Photo Gallery for pictures of the family taken at the funeral.)
-
A trip to Denver the second weekend in February. Weather was great & we attended a Denver Avalanche hockey game; Tom & Brad did an afternoon ride on the Harley's; bought some new clubs at the Denver Golf Expo; able to get a tour of the new house Tom & Reno are looking at buying; & were able to spend some precious time with our Granddaughter Carsen.
-
Keli & Kane came to the ranch for a few days the first week of February. We made an initial start on refurbishing a bedroom furniture set for Kane that will be finished later this Spring.

Wonderful Holiday's - we had an extended Christmas season in 2009!

Keli, Adam & Grandson Kane came to the ranch for several days over Christmas and then Tom, Reno & Granddaughter Carsen joined us after Christmas for several more days. Good times were had visiting with our children and their spouses and especially enjoying our grandchildren. (See the 2009 Photo Gallery for several pictures of Christmas at the ranch.)
- Our Chattanooga trip to the NCAA FCS Football Championship was a little disappointing. The Montana Griz lost to Villanova 23-21. Only good thing was we were able to spend a few days with our good friends, John & Nancy, who made the trip from Phoenix. (See the 2009 Photo Gallery for Chattanooga pictures!)
- Shari joined Brad at age "60" following her birthday December 15. The good thing is, neither of them feel that old!
- Brad
& Shari spent a few busy days in Las Vegas the first part of
December. Joined up with Brad's brother & sister-in-law (Doug &
Randi) and their good friends (Steve & Bonnie). We were able to catch the Lion's King broadway show, enjoyed the National Finals Rodeo, and misbehaved for a few days! (See the 2009 Photo Gallery for a couple of Las Vegas pictures!)
-
Shari
& Brad spent Thanksgiving at their daughter's home in Missoula with
Keli, Adam, & Kane. Keli has become quite an excellent chef (with
some guidance from her mother) and the food was outstanding! (See the 2009 Photo Gallery for a couple of Thanksgiving pictures!)
-
Trip to Denver to see our son, Tom, and his family before Thanksgiving, especially our granddaughter Carsen! (See the 2009 Photo Gallery for some pictures of Carsen with Grandma & Grandpa!)
